Typepad Accounting Issues
I discovered a bug in the typepad software earlier this year on the "Upgrade/Downgrade Account" tab under "Account Info" in the "Control Panel"
For any upgrade in package level, the credit card that you provided as part of your Registration Date will automatically be charged a pro-rate amount for the higher level Service. For any downgrade in package level, your TypePad account will be credited a pro-rata amount of the lower level account, to be redeemed automatically in future billing periods. However, there will be no refunds for partial months of service. See the Terms of Service for complete terms.
