Ubuntu Linux CD's have arrived in .zaland
I've received the first batch of Ubuntu Linux CD's.
I was looking at the Live CD yesterday afternoon which looks great. I spent a couple hours playing tetris, mahjong, and a couple other games which are included on the cd.
There is an issue or two with Ubuntu Linux not liking certain hardware in my box but booting up into safe mode at least let me take a look at it.
It would be cool if the FreeBSD live CD had some form of X support added as well as allowing users to see what is possible under FreeBSD.
For those of you who don't know Ubuntu Linux is based on the Debian distibution of linux.
