Ataris Dialect implements a permission-based emailing solution for companies to send out their daily mailers to their subscribers using a webbased interface in both text and HTML format using a one-way distribution list.
It has various reporting interfaces and an interface to send out HTML based mailers is currently undergoing development to send out MIME compliant HTML based mailers. Code has been released under the QPL license and being re-written using to PHP5.
